For Drop off and/or parking at the rear of Rembrandt House - the car park entrance is in Hagden Lane. Please park only in the 'Yellow' bays marked F H Lambert. There is also parking available opposite Rembrandt House where the Resident's only bays can be used at certain times. Please check the parking notices though because there are restrictions on 'Match Days' at Vicarage Road - Watford's Football & Rugby Ground. Watford Metropolitan Line station situated in Cassiobury Park Avenue, is 8 minutes walk from the Dojo (see map above) Buses Stop right outside Rembrandt House: Arriva 320 & 321 click here for Arriva Timetable

After practice it's not unknown for us to socialise at the pub, fondly refered to as the second Dojo. Members of Kodokan: Also visit and practice at other Kendo clubs including but not restricted to: Mumeishi, Ichibyoshi & Kashi No Ki in the UK, Kenyu and Fontenay Le Comte in France, Seibukan, Kobukan and Kodokan in Japan, Kharkiv Kendo, Iaido, Jodo Federation in the Ukraine and the clubs in Malta: Koseibukan - the Malta Kendo Institute, Kodokan and Kunpu at the University of Malta. |
